Email is the best way to reach me: [email protected]. I read every message myself.

If you are writing about an order

• Use the email address you entered at checkout, or include it in your message, so I can find your order.
• Tell me which product you bought.
• If the app will not unlock, a file will not open or a number looks wrong, say what you see and which recipe or page it is on. A screenshot helps.
• Bought on Etsy? Include your Etsy order number.

Your app link or files should arrive by email a few minutes after checkout. If nothing has arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to me and I'll send it directly. Etsy buyers of The Canning Pantry: App Access claim their key at mothersteader.com/claim.
