Affiliate program
Last updated 22 October 2026
If you write, film or teach about homesteading, homeschooling or running a household, you can share Mothersteader printables with your own link and earn 25% of each sale it brings in.
How it works
- Write to [email protected] with your name and where you share (your blog, channel, newsletter or group). We reply with your own code.
- Add it to any link to the shop, for example
https://mothersteader.com/?ref=YOURCODEorhttps://mothersteader.com/winter-homestead-checklist/?ref=YOURCODE. - When someone follows your link and buys on mothersteader.com within 30 days, using the same device and browser, the sale is credited to you. If they follow another partner's link after yours, the later link gets the credit.
- You earn 25% of the price of each product, before sales tax. Sale prices count at the sale price.
- We pay once a month for the month before, by a method we agree with you, once your total reaches $10. Anything under $10 rolls into the next month.
Tell your readers
The law asks you to say plainly that you earn a commission when you share an affiliate link (the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides). Put a short line near the link, for example: "I earn a commission if you buy through this link." A note buried at the bottom of a page or only in a profile is not enough.
The rules
- Only say what is true about a product. You may share your own honest opinion; please do not promise results.
- No spam, no posting where a group's rules forbid links, and no ads that bid on the Mothersteader name.
- No credit for your own purchases or your household's.
- If an order is refunded, its commission is removed.
- Sales on Etsy or other marketplaces are not tracked and do not earn a commission.
- We may end a partnership or change or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. Commission already earned is still paid.
What we can't promise
We can't tell you how much you will earn. That depends on your audience and on whether a printable fits what they need. We would rather you shared one thing that helps your readers than ten that don't.
